Getting Started
How do I create an account?
Download the E-Talk app from the App Store or Google Play Store. Open the app and follow the registration process to create your account.
How do I find language partners?
After creating your profile and selecting the languages you speak and want to learn, you can browse suggested partners or search for users by language, location, or interests.
How do I start a conversation?
Visit a user's profile and tap the "Message" button to start a conversation. You can send text messages, voice messages, or start a video call.
Account & Profile
How do I edit my profile?
Go to your profile by tapping your profile picture in the app. Tap "Edit Profile" to update your information, photos, languages, and interests.
How do I change my password?
Go to Settings > Account > Change Password. You'll need to enter your current password and then set a new one.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account. Please note that this action is permanent and cannot be undone.
Features & Functionality
How do I create a post?
Tap the "+" button in the app and select "Create Post". You can add text, photos, or videos to share with the community.
How do I join a group?
Go to the Groups section and browse available groups. Tap on a group to view details, then tap "Join" to become a member.
How do I send a gift?
Open a conversation with a user, tap the gift icon, select a gift from the store, and send it. Gifts may require coins or credits.
Safety & Privacy
How do I report inappropriate content or users?
If you encounter inappropriate content or behavior, you can report it by tapping the report button on the post or user profile. Our moderation team will review the report.
How do I block a user?
Go to the user's profile, tap the menu icon, and select "Block User". Blocked users won't be able to contact you or see your content.
Is my personal information safe?
Yes, we take your privacy seriously. Please read our Privacy Policy to learn how we protect your data.
Payment & Subscriptions
How do I purchase coins or credits?
Go to the Store section in the app and select the coin package you want to purchase. You can use various payment methods including credit cards and mobile payments.
How do I manage my subscription?
Go to Settings > Subscription to view and manage your subscription. You can cancel or modify your subscription at any time.
